Myron left Heuvelton in 1967 to attend College and Seminary in Pennsylvania. He married Louise in 1970 and entered into pastoral ministry in 1971. He pastored churches in Pennsylvania, Ontario (Canada) and New York before moving to Virginia where he pastors the Prospect Charge of the United Methodist Church. "Set Apart Ministries" is a ministry by Myron I Simmons, class of 1967 and his wife Louise . They present seminars and workshops on sexual abuse issues, and help organizations set up programs to help people on their journey to wholeness.
